Dear Cindy,
I would like to persuade the people to help veterans who are mistreated by the governments lack of efficiency to provide for them.
The greatest obstacles to this happening seem to be the lack of funding.
I am also worried about the lack of medical care from physical and mental injuries that take place during war.
What do you think of my reasoning?
